Overview
The Report screen contains two main parts:
- Backup Report: view the Usage Report per VPC.
- Auto Report Job: manage jobs that send reports automatically by email.
Prerequisites
- The tenant has Backup Instance by Veeam service activated.
- The user is logged in to the Unify Portal.
- The user has permission to view reports or manage auto report jobs.
- The user has permission to access the VPC whose report data is to be viewed.
Backup Report
Purpose
View the Usage Report of backed-up instances within the VPCs the user has access to.
Steps
- Open the Report tab.
- The system displays the Backup Report section.
- Click the VPC filter to open the VPC selection popup.
- Select All, one VPC, or multiple VPCs.
- Click Show result.
- The portal shows Usage Report data based on the selected filter.

Table columns

Notes
- Default pagination is 25 rows per page.
- The report does not auto-refresh; click Show result again to load fresh data.
- Version 1.5 supports only the Usage Report, not the Sessions Report.
- Export to Excel is available only after the report is loaded successfully.
Auto Report Job
Purpose
Manage jobs that send reports automatically by email.
Table columns

Version 1.5 does not support filter or search on the Auto Report Job list.
Create an auto report job
Steps
- In the Auto Report Job section, click Add auto report job.
- The portal opens the Create auto report job popup.
- Enter Name.
- Enter Email.
- Pick Type.
- Pick Day based on the report delivery frequency.
- Click Create.
Notes
- The maximum number of auto report jobs is 3.
- Email must be in valid format.
- Name must not be duplicated per system rules.
Update an auto report job
Steps
- On the job to update, click the Modify action.
- The portal opens the update popup.
- Name, Type, and Day are shown as disabled.
- Update Email.
- Click Update.
Notes
- Version 1.5 allows updating only the Email.
- Name, Type, and Day cannot be edited in the update flow.
Disable an auto report job
Steps
- On an Active job, click the Disable action.
- Read the confirmation popup.
- Confirm the action.
- The job moves to Disabled.
Result
- The scheduler does not send report emails for a Disabled job.
- Job configuration is kept.
- The job can be re-enabled if the system shows the corresponding action.
Delete an auto report job
Steps
- On the job to delete, click the Delete action.
- Read the confirmation popup.
- Confirm the action.
- The job is removed from the list.
Result
- The auto report job is no longer shown in the list.
- The scheduler stops sending report emails from the deleted job.
Common errors

| Cannot create an auto report job | Check current job count, Name, Email, Type, and Day |
| Cannot edit Name or Type | Version 1.5 only allows updating Email |
| Job does not send email | Check whether the job is Disabled and whether the email is valid |
