As organizations increasingly focus on managing security risk and optimizing operations, the ability to track and control the issue lifecycle has become a critical need. FPT Smart Cloud introduces a new upgrade to the FSP (FPT Security Platform) AppSec Service with the Issue Life Cycle Management feature, enabling users to manage issue statuses in a more comprehensive and transparent way.
1. Description
The Issue Life Cycle Management feature lets users proactively manage the status of issues detected during scans. Users can change the status (Open / Ignored), add a reason or comment, and review the status change history directly in the issue detail screen.

Note status on the Issue list & Issue detail:

Switch issue status between Open and Ignored

When changing Open → Ignored: an ignore reason is required, with an optional comment.

When changing Ignored → Open: a comment can be added (optional).

Filter by status: filter issues by Open, Ignored, and ignore reasons.

Activity log: shows the history of issue status changes, including previous status, new status, change timestamp, and comment (if any).
3. Capacity

Manage the full issue status from both the Issue list and the Issue detail.

Stores and retrieves an unlimited history of changes throughout the issue lifecycle.
4. Performance

The issue status is officially updated on the next scan to ensure data consistency.
